My guest Erik Honda is a martial artist, former teacher and currently works in law enforcement.

Erik sits down with me to have a frank and open conversation about his life and journey towards his present career.

In a time of high scrutiny and publicity regarding police brutality Erik weighs in on things we can consider to improve the safety of our citizens. Law enforcement being a part of that citizenship.

I am a lifelong martial artist and self made business owner. I checked out of school at 16. Finished on my own. Studied books and videos after seeing Bruce Lee. Formed my own fight team. Trained and fought our way to the highest competitive combat levels. That fight team became a full time business, Hard Drive Performance Center. I currently am a full-time coach/trainer as is my brother Erik who still competes in the UFC.
